After the 24-hour period, payments are generally non-refundable, as project resources and time may already have been allocated.

Provide necessary account access when required
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Kalbi Tech will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation or incomplete information.

Clients receive ownership of final deliverables after full payment is completed.
Kalbi Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.
All project materials remain the property of Kalbi Tech until full payment is received.

Kalbi Tech does not guarantee specific search engine rankings.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, clients, or sales unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Performance results may depend on market competition, budget, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as:

Advertising platforms
Website hosting providers
Kalbi Tech is not responsible for changes, policy updates, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by these third-party platforms.
